During the checkout process, you will be given the complete terms of your purchase. All undamaged DTV Electronics products may be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery for a full refund, less any shipping charges.
Your acceptance of the terms of purchase means you agree to and fully understand the refund policy.
If past 14 days all DTV Electronics products come with a 12-month warranty.
We take customer satisfaction very seriously. All of our products are tested for quality, and all shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse.
Please check your shipment carefully upon arrival to ensure it has not been damaged during shipping. All claims for damaged products must be made within 72 hours.
Please contact us and provide detailed information such as the order number for any product damaged during shipping within that time.
