As soon as your order ships, we will send you a Delivery Confirmation email with your tracking information.

If you don’t receive a Delivery Confirmation email right away, don’t worry! We will deliver the items to you within the date range provided. Orders may ship in multiple packages.

We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, bank holidays, or national holidays. If your order requires additional information to be fully processed, we will be in touch by email.

The majority of orders will be delivered by the FedEx shipping company. We use FedEx as they are one of the biggest international shipping companies that ship both quickly and reliably. They also ship Worldwide and don’t rely on third-parties to complete the final delivery mile in your local country. This means your order leaves our warehouse with FedEx and is delivered to you with FedEx. 

Your Delivery Confirmation Email will tell you the name of the carrier that is handling your package and how you can track your package.

As soon as your order is dispatched we will send you an email with your tracking information.

Information about any back-ordered or cancelled items will be included in a separate email.
